Excellent animation and art. It's all uniform in style and coloring, along with strong choices to lead the eyes.

However, it all feels very cramped only typically showing from the waist up or just the bust. It also lends itself to little variety or getting to see who the characters are without showing their whole bodies more often, especially in motion.
The plot also feels a bit bland with a predicable story and generic dialogue and interaction between characters.
Let the characters have distinct wants, show what they know without having to explain, allow them to live in their world. It feels too on the rails to be truly engaging.

Though from what can be seen, Hayley and Markus are interesting characters and the world they live in has secrets I want to learn about.

Overall, it's wonderfully put together and the final product is beautiful with a lot of room to grow and flourish further. I love forward to next one, and best wishes with your future projects.

[The diary of Nessie’s first boyfriend (part 1)]

Solid writing, narrator really sounds like a young man who isn't fully comfortable with relationships: the 'I'm a good guy' but subtle hypocrisy, touch of creepy obsessiveness, fawning over Nessie, and how he's strongly visually descriptive since he's an artist.

Tho it was a bit weird to me he's 20 (if I heard that right) but I'm not thoroughly familiar with your OCs. Just throwing that out there.

I'm a recent fan and enjoy your lewd animations and now realize you have a strong sense of story and pacing, which is probably why I like them so much. And you typically pick great shots and pictures to further tell the story and express a character.
